The Role

You will own the entire client relationship — from the moment a contractor signs to every renewal and upgrade after that.

You're their first point of contact. Their guide. The reason they trust us, and the reason they stay. You'll onboard them, get them set up to win, keep them happy, and grow their accounts over time. This is a high-trust, high-ownership seat, and you'll report directly to the CEO.

What You'll Actually Do

Be the first point of contact for your clients every business day — fast, warm, and on top of it.

Onboard new clients: set clear expectations, walk them through Google Ads and Local Services Ads access and setup over video, and launch them right.

Partner with our Operations Specialist to make sure every client's LSA account is built correctly and stays compliant.

Keep clients focused on results and catch issues before they become problems.

Retain and grow accounts — build real relationships and help clients see the value of our other packages.

Be the calm, capable voice when a client is frustrated, and turn that moment into deeper trust.

What To Expect

Fully remote, based in South Africa.

You'll work US Mountain Time hours: 8 AM–5 PM MST (roughly 5 PM–2 AM your time), with a 1-hour lunch. This is a US-hours role. We're upfront about that,

because we only want people who genuinely want this schedule and will own it.

You'll be on video calls regularly, and you'll learn our tools and our clients fast.

You'll be trusted with real ownership early — and held to a high standard.

What We're NOT / What We ARE

This is not a support queue. It is not a call-center seat. We are not hiring someone to read scripts and close tickets.

We are hiring a relationship professional — someone who can earn the trust of an established business owner over video, solve their problems, and grow the account. Someone who treats this like a career, not a gig.

Your Growth Path

We promote from within and we invest heavily in people who perform. Here's the climb:

By 30 days: you know every client, you can run onboarding solo, and you're keeping the ship steady.

By 90 days: you're driving client-success initiatives of your own — the thoughtful touches that make clients feel valued and stay for years.

By 1 year: if you've proven yourself, you could be leading a team of client success associates.

We hire slow and we invest deep in the people we choose. Once you're in and performing, you're someone we build around.

Who We're Looking For

A-players only. Specifically:

2+ years in client success, account management, or a relationship-driven client role — ideally with business owners.

A sales or upselling instinct. You can spot an expansion and close it.

Unshakeable with upset clients. You turn tension into trust.

A natural on video who can teach non-technical people patiently.

A sharp communicator and tight organizer who thrives remote and self-directed.

Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.

Compensation

$1,500–$2,500+ per month USD, based on experience — base pay plus commission on the active monthly revenue you manage.

Here's the part that matters: your income grows as your clients grow. The more accounts you retain and expand, the more you earn. There's real upside here, and it climbs as you take on more of the book.
